He has extensive operating experience in international transportation, and has been an important figure in the trade and logistics sectors for many years. Mr. Tung is currently a Managing Partner at QBN Capital, focusing on investments in technology and innovation. He also serves on the boards of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong), Cathay Pacific Airways, and Orient Overseas International Limited in Hong Kong.

Mr. Leland Sun is the founder and CEO of Pan Asian Mortgage Company, an innovative financial services company that finances residential properties in Hong Kong. He was the first COO the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation and held prominent roles with leading investment banks including Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs. Currently Mr. Sun is an independent non-executive director to several public listed companies in Hong Kong, and a committee member of the Financial Services Development Council.

Mr. Frederick Chang is a graduate of Harvard College and Columbia Law School. Specializing in cross-border M&A and equity/debt financing, he has nearly four decades of experience in investments, financing transactions, and regulatory matters in China and New York. He has held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and various international law firms, and is recognized as a leading expert in banking and finance by Chambers Asia. Mr. Chang is also an author and former chairman of the ISDA legal committee.
