Mr. Danny Lung

Co-founder & CEO

Danny is a finance veteran with a deep technology background. He is responsible for the strategy and operational execution of the company, and for ensuring the delivery of best-in-class post-quantum blockchain solutions. Prior to founding PQA Labs, Danny started his career in finance with American Express and Citibank, and later proceed to hone his expertise through more than two decades of experiences in banking, private equity, and venture investing across North America and Greater China. Danny was also an early contributor to the now widely-used Bluetooth technology when he was with Ericsson Canada.

Dr. Duncan Wong

Co-founder

Duncan has more than 25 years of academic and industry experience in cryptography and distributed ledger technology. He is also the founding member of the Abelian Foundation, which specializes in the development of quantum-resistant and privacy-preserving blockchain technologies. Before co-founding PQA Labs, Duncan led the FinTech initiative at Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) and was responsible for Cybersecurity, Blockchain, AI, Big Data Analytics, and Machine Learning, among other areas.

Mr. Vincent Lee

Technical Director

Vincent, an expert in distributed ledgers (DLT) and blockchain technologies, has over 15 years of experience in web applications, mobile apps and API development. Prior to joining PQA Labs, he co-founded and served as CTO of Coinbama, a company focusing on Web3 projects and delivering blockchain and DLT solutions. He has a wide range of development experience across virtual asset exchanges, wallets, indices, DeFi lending protocols, blockchain-based payment networks, blockchain-as-a-service platforms, and real-world asset tokenization.

Mr. Pascal Lejolif

​Director of Engineering

Pascal is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience across blockchain, fintech, telecom, and cloud-native systems. He began his career at Alcatel and Nokia, where he led complex infrastructure deployments for global telecom operators, including IMS core networks, mobile streaming, and enterprise mobility platforms. He later transitioned to the startup space, where he architected and delivered advanced blockchain solutions—from post-quantum networks and NFT platforms to HSM-based custody systems and crypto mining infrastructure. An expert in distributed ledger technology, Pascal has deep hands-on expertise in system architecture and extensive experience collaborating with development teams across Asia. He is passionate about building secure, scalable technologies that address real-world challenges.

Ms. Connie Wong

Compliance Director

Connie is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. Prior to joining PQA Labs, Connie was the Compliance Officer for RAM Investment Advisors, where she acted as the MIC of Risk Management & Compliance , developed and implemented compliance policies, and managed relationships with regulatory authorities. She also held senior compliance roles at CSC Futures and Noble Apex Advisors, focusing on AML procedures and compliance training. Earlier in her career, Connie gained valuable experience in AML investigations at Hang Seng Bank. Connie is a Chartered Company Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional in Hong Kong.

Mr. Sheldon Sung

Head of Finance

Sheldon is a seasoned finance professional who leads the company’s treasury management and financial operations. Sheldon brings extensive experience from his previous roles in audit and finance, cultivating a strong background in financial reporting , tax compliance , risk management, and treasury operations. Prior to joining PQA, Sheldon was a Senior Finance Manager at Legacy Trust, where he specialized in trust and custody operations, while ensuring regulatory compliance. He held senior roles in PricewaterhouseCoopers and various accounting firms. Sheldon is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong.

Ms. Belinda Chan

Director of Administration

Belinda is an experienced professional overseeing company policies, Human Resources, and administrative matters. Prior to joining PQA, Belinda cultivated a long career in banking and private wealth management across Asia. She held senior roles at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, where she honed strong skills in financial operations and institutional administration. Earlier in her career, Belinda established a solid foundation in financial products and client management through her tenures at HSBC, Chase Manhattan, Standard Chartered, and Citibank.

Mr. Otto Hui

Partnership Lead

Otto has a strong background in strategic partnerships, business development, and real estate management. Prior to joining PQA Labs, Otto significantly expanded the membership base of Web3 Harbour in Hong Kong as their Partnership Manager, securing notable new recruits like Binance and Chainlink. Earlier in his career, Otto played a pivotal role in the rapid expansion of Flash Coffee in Hong Kong , as well as achieving exceptional sales and profitability milestones during his tenures at Savills and Colliers.
