CEO & Co-Founder
Danny Lung
Danny is the Co-Founder and CEO of PQA Labs, and is responsible for the strategy and operational execution of the company to provide best-in-class post-quantum solutions for industries and technologies that are vulnerable to advancements in quantum computing. Prior to founding PQA Labs, Danny spent 20+ years in banking and finance after obtaining his MBA from NYU Stern. He initially worked in the fields of compliance and risk management, and later transitioned to private equity and venture investing in various industries across North America and Greater China. Danny has a technical background in Electrical Engineering and was an early contributor to Bluetooth technology when he worked as a software engineer with Ericsson.

Lorraine Li
Lorraine is the Chief Operating Officer of PQA Labs. With over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, she specialises in risk mitigation, process improvement, and regulatory and product compliance. Throughout her career, she has worked for reputable, global financial institutions to drive profitable business growth in Asia and beyond. Lorraine's professional journey began at the Assurance and Business Advisory division of Arthur Andersen, where she gained valuable experience auditing financials and reviewing internal controls of international financial institutions and multinational corporations. Lorraine has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. She also has Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant qualifications.

Vincent Lee
Vincent is a veteran software engineer and team leader with around 15 years of experience in web applications, mobile apps and API development, with expertise in distributed ledgers (DLT), blockchains and cryptocurrency. Vincent has extensive experience working in early stage startups in Hong Kong. Prior to joining PQA Labs, Vincent was the co-founder and CTO of Coinbama that focuses on providing consultation on Web3 projects and delivering blockchain/distributed ledger technology (DLT) solutions. His previous projects include cryptocurrency exchanges, cryptocurrency wallets, cryptocurrency indices, DeFi lending protocols, blockchain-based payment network, blockchain-as-a-service platform, NFT marketplace and Real World Assets (RWAs) Tokenization. Vincent has MSc in Information Technology from the Hong Hong University of Science and Technology and is pursuing EMBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology now.

Dr. Duncan Wong
Dr Duncan Wong is the CEO of CryptoBLK, a company that focuses on delivering state-of-the-art distributed ledger technology (DLT) solutions to enterprises. He is also a co-founding member of Abelian Foundation, which specializes in building quantum-resistant, privacy-preserving blockchain technologies. Prior to his current roles, Dr Wong led the FinTech initiative at Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), responsible for areas that included Cybersecurity, Blockchain, AI, Big Data Analytics, and Machine Learning. He spent more than 15 years teaching computer science and cryptography and is a tenured professor at City University of Hong Kong. In addition, Dr Wong has authored over 200 research papers in the fields of cryptography and information security.
